DMCA and copyright

Artery is operated by Capital Enesti Inc. We respect the rights of artists and other creators, and we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Report infringement

If you believe a website hosted on Artery uses your work without permission, send a notice through our report form or by email to [email protected]. Your notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The URL of the material you want removed, specific enough for us to locate it.
4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

A notice that misrepresents that material is infringing may make you liable for damages. We may forward your notice to the person who published the material.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature, the material removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and telephone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district in which Capital Enesti Inc. may be found) and to accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the claimant tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
